Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Work Movement Data Analyst (level 4 or level 5) to support the Work Movement Team based out of Everett, Washington and Renton, Washington. 

Successful candidates will lead integrating manufacturing and supply chain data and synthesize complex SQL queries to produce optimal production/supply chain solutions.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Leads in designing complex Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives

  • Leads vendor engagements and assessments of new technology

  • Combines programming, SQL skills, best practices and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes

  • Develops conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

  • Assesses current technology for best fit

  • Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers

  • Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving

  • Analyzes data results, metrics, and trends to influence team strategy and performance

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, supports the implementation of policies and procedures, and set of operational goals

  • Leads projects or initiatives at the direction of Fulfillment Leadership to implement process improvements

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics.

  • 5+ years of experience working with databases.

  • 5+ years of experience with database design, data modeling, or object modeling.

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.).

  • 5+ years of experience working with large scale data systems and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience with Agile, Scaled Agile, Framework or related frameworks.

  • 3+ years of experience working in a software development environment.

  • 3+ years of experience telling stories via data visualizations.

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills.

  

Typical Education/Experience:

(Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years related work experience, Master+7 years related work experience, 13 years related work experience, etc.).

(Level 5): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years related work experience, Master+12 years related work experience, 18 years related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (level 4) $119,850 - $162,150

Summary pay range (level 5) $138,550 -$187,450
