DescriptionWhat you’ll be doing:
The role involves analyzing information to resolve ongoing issues and implementing procedures and strategies to ensure task completion. The individual is accountable for results, and responding based on a comprehensive understanding of established precedents and practices within the field.
Key Accountabilities:
· Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, time off, policies, and other HR topics through a case management system. Use HR systems, knowledge bases, and process documentation to address inquiries effectively. Analyze employee concerns, research solutions, and provide detailed, accurate, and thorough responses. Ensure all employee interactions are recorded accurately in the case management tool, adhering to documentation standards.
· Policies and Procedures: Provide data and research from the field to ensure best practices are incorporated into policies and programs.
· Centralized Customer Support: Independently provide timely and accurate communication regarding long-term relational portions of existing policies or programs.
· Tool Navigation and Efficiency: Focus on reporting and quality control of existing tools.
· Compliance: Investigate and report program violations.
· Vendor Management: Troubleshoot escalated issues and identify improvements.

The base pay range for this role is $60,040.00 to $78,208.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
