Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialized roles, from job intake to offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Advertise openings through effective channels, including job boards, universities, agencies, and online platforms
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship building
- Conduct pre-screens, interviews, background checks, and assess candidates using various evaluation tools
- Collaborate with external staffing agencies and evaluate their performance
- Develop university partnerships and foster long-term talent sourcing relationships
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, trends, and hiring progress to senior management
- Stay current on EEO, ADA, and OFCCP guidelines to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Support branding initiatives and represent the company to candidates and external partners
- Travel may be required based on business needs
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of recruiting experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including technical and cleared positions
- Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance (EEO, ADA, OFCCP) and government contracting environments
- Experience working with ATS systems, agency management, and university relations
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and trends for strategic improvements
- On-site or travel requirements: Occasional travel may be necessary based on program needs
