UnspecifiedWhat You Will Do:
- With limited oversight, trains site CORE pilots, management and their respective teams on lean, continuous improvement, project management and business integration skill sets to enhance the capabilities of the team in improvement initiatives.
- Leads small to medium transformation initiatives that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions focused on continuous improvement.
- Coaches all level employees on how to apply CORE tools and methodologies in business and manufacturing environments to drive best in class processes while working to become a recognized CORE Practitioner.
- Leads small to medium CORE Site Assessments to enable CORE site and cell certifications.
- Compiles potentially complex monthly CORE Performance Metrics that focus on organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and quality are met.
- Achieve the established maturity target in the CORE assessment.
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the development of CORE training materials to ensure a successful CORE Certification Program.
Qualifications You Must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement.
- English proficiency: 80 or higher.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Comfortable applying statistical concepts to data analysis.
- Strong understanding of problem-solving tools and techniques.
- Valid visa / ability to travel to US.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Six Sigma certification or related continuous improvement certifications.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
