** Hybrid Role-Required to be in office only on Tuesdays each week**

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Provides a broad range of Contracts related services. Leads the development and continuous improvement of internal analysis, comparison tools, and ongoing contractual commitments. In support of strategic objectives, this position solicits and evaluates recommendations by internal stakeholders to help resolve contract related issues. Provide advanced level support to lead roles and management with development of internal analysis, comparison tools, and ongoing commitments. Solicits and evaluates recommendations by internal stakeholders to help resolve contract related issues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, define, and estimate the potential business impact and work across the organization to determine alternative strategies to gain resolution.
  • Develop, manage and lead continuous improvement for a tracking and monitoring system to help determine compliance with contractual obligations and to capture any changes in requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve processes for tracking and reporting the status of customer agreements and proposals for escalation to lead roles and management.
  • Analyze and resolve non-standard process exceptions in accordance with company policies, legal compliance and customer specifications.
  • Lead in the development, training, final rollout, and continuous improvement of processes that may include nondisclosure agreements, property related agreements, master collaboration agreements, and process changes.
  • Cultivate successful internal and external customer relationships that focus on mutual benefit, maximizing partnership/content potential and driving to consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Act as a voice of the department and provide input to other internal departments to promote advocacy of compliance and continued success. Develop and provide training and information on use of contracting tools and contract compliance requirements.

 

You Must Have:

  • 5 years of experience in contracts, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain management, or paralegal.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOE Q level security clearance.
  • Bachelors degree required with preferred focus in Business, Legal, Science, or Technical.
