As a Sr Customer Marketing Specialisthere at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagementand loyalty through the development and execution of effective marketingstrategies for our gas detection products. Collaborating closely with sales teams, this role involvesunderstanding customer needs and creating targeted marketing campaigns. Thesuccessful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellentcommunication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Inthis role, you will impact the company by developing and executing customermarketing strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenuegrowth. Your ability to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, anddeliver impactful campaigns will strengthen customer relationships, enhancebrand perception, and contribute to the overall success and profitability ofthe company.

 

This is a hybrid role located in one of the following areas: Richardson TX, Houston TX, Charlotte NC, or Fort Mill SC. Candidate must be located in one of these areas and able to work in the office 3 days a week.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, execute and track customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns to achieve pipeline goals
  • Create and manage marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including offering management and creative services, to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget

 

 

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

 

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer marketing or related role
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and content creation

 

WE VALUE

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in oil and gas, refinery, or industrial manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
