ABOUT THE ROLE
As the strategic sourcing project manager, you will enable VMI and Working Capital enhancements across the cross-functional sourcing and procurement teams to align with the annual operating plan and long-term strategic plans. This will require a focus on the Honeywell and Aero level goals as well as managing internal and external day-to-day project shareholder expectations for schedule, quality, and return on investment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage data and reports for VMI and Working Capital.
• Coordinating with the relevant cross-functional teams to confirm VMI additions and removals.
• Supporting continuous improvement opportunities to ensure the team is driving for cycle time reduction within all VMI processes.
• Monitor and communicate with various levels of leadership on a weekly status of VMI and Working Capital progress.
• Support the VMI PMs with system updates from Supplier QVRs (OTTRs, HASP).
• Closely monitor weekly commits to ensure daily tracking to stay on track and drive to deadline dates.
• Drive and execute new initiatives.
• Coordinating with functional stakeholders, suppliers and business partners for project status/monitoring
• Supporting Integrated Supply Chain sites.
• Partnering with suppliers, Buyers, and AP to reconcile invoices, fees, and payables.
• Coordinating with Commodity Managers to identify/introduce suppliers for the Supply Chain Financing program.
• Data Analysis on Supplier payables in support of current initiatives (AOP).
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years of demonstrated project management experience.

- Prior IT project management experience.
- Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain experience.
- Professional Certifications in Project Management.
- Experience with OneSource, HASP, Project Management Tools, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with IT development phases to include user acceptance testing tied to application deployment.
- Collaborative leadership style.
