As a Sr Pricing Analyst here at Honeywell, you will serve as a trusted leader and subject‑matter expert ensuring all defense-related proposals, cost estimates, and pricing submissions fully comply with Honeywell policies, federal regulations, and industry standards. You will partner closely with offering and product management, sourcing, engineering, sales, and senior leadership to strengthen our compliance culture, enhance pricing governance, and drive consistent adherence to U.S. Government regulations.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining Honeywell’s reputation for accuracy, integrity, and operational excellence across all defense and aerospace contracting activities. You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100 onsite M-F.
In this role, you will impact the organization by:
- Ensuring adherence to government regulations like DFARS 252.215-7002, which details requirements for a compliant cost estimating system.
- Overseeing the design, implementation, documentation, and optimization of contractor business systems related to estimating.
- Providing for adequate supervision and consistent application of estimating and budgeting techniques, including historical data utilization and appropriate analytical methods.
- Implementing procedures for detecting and promptly correcting errors within the estimating process.
- Requiring management review of estimates and internal reviews to verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, as well as comparing projected results to actuals.
- Assisting with internal audits or acting as part of an internal audit team to identify and remediate compliance issues on an ongoing basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track post-submission TINA proposals & Subcontractor Matrix
- Support proposal Post-Submittal Audit (TiN Audits)
- Lead DFARS internal control design & testing
- Support Request for Information (RFI)
- Interface with DCAA/DCMA on Estimating System Audit
- Laisse with ISC to coordinate RFI Responses
- Review post-submission TINA proposals & placeholders
- Conduct 2nd-level proposal reviews
- Maintain system descriptions, policies & procedures
- Support Aerospace compliance training
- Lead quality dashboard & tracking
- Coordinate training submissions & Lunch & Learn training credits
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proficient in advanced data analysis and pricing tools.
- Experience with interacting with DCAA/DCMA
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS & CAS.

- Masters degree or advanced certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of pricing strategies.
