Overview

Job Summary

Responsible to manage corporate banking relationships and assist with equipment financing.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:  

  • Manage banking relationships, including service and fee negotiations and reviews
  • Oversee senior credit facility draws, payments, and interest rates 
  • Support weekly cash forecasting and reporting for the entire organization, including analyzing trends in forecasts, monitoring variances and root cause analysis
  • Support the Companys aircraft financing strategy, including managing relationships with banks, recommending appropriate financing strategies and structures, and ensuring compliance with the limitations included in the Credit Agreement and Indenture.
  • Support cash management functions including cash position reporting, fraud prevention / detection, bank account management and monitors cash needs across the organization.
  • Administer online bank access rights
  • Manage and administer elements of the Firms credit facilities
  • Review and approve checks, wires, and ACH payments
  • Solicit and review equipment financing proposals and agreements
  • Maintain equipment financing records, including amortization schedules and terms of agreements
  • Assist with unclaimed property compliance

  • Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position may oversee other Treasury and/or AP functions.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in business or accounting from four-year college or university; and eight or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 - 7 years experience in treasury management

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently, works in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, and has strong attention for detail
  • Demonstrates high critical thinking and reasoning skills

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Pay Range
USD $103,557.00 - USD $135,780.00 /Yr.
