Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Analyst (Associate or Experienced) to support the 777 Systems Engineering Organization in Everett, WA.
Position summary:
The Staff Analyst partners with 777 Systems leadership to connect strategy to execution by providing program support, data analysis, meeting architecture, and communications. This experienced individual contributor role helps the team improve operating rhythm, track commitments, and deliver concise, leadership-ready information to enable timely, high‑quality engineering and delivery outcomes.
Primary responsibilities:
Support planning and tracking for design activities: maintain project schedules, capture milestones, track action items, and report status to leaders.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources (schedules, budget summaries, workforce metrics, quality/safety indicators) and produce leadership-ready summaries and dashboards.
Support and continuously improve the operating rhythm: design meeting agendas, prepare pre-reads, assess meeting effectiveness, and help drive actions to closure.
Prepare executive-level slides, briefing materials, and concise written communications for leadership reviews.
Maintain and organize team SharePoint/Server/ShareDrive content and simple team web pages.
Support workforce planning inputs: capture staffing levels, training needs, and equipment/facility requests to inform short-range planning.
Provide logistical support for medium-sized meetings/events (agenda, invites, materials, tracking follow-up).
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options (Everett, WA).
Basic qualifications (required):
2+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings.
3+ years using Microsoft Office (Excel—pivot tables/charts, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams).
3+ years facilitating meetings or supporting review forums and presenting to mid-to-senior leaders.
Ability to work effectively with technical engineering teams and translate technical metrics into clear program information.
Preferred qualifications:
4+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting engineering or design organizations.
Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and team web pages/SharePoint sites, Tableau and Power Bi is a plus.
Familiarity with basic program management practices: schedule tracking, risk registers, action closure, performance-to-plan reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce concise executive-ready briefings.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
Prior experience in manufacturing or aerospace environment is a plus.

Summary Pay Range:
Associate (Level 2): $68,000 - $92,000
Experienced (Level 3): $83,000 - $112,000
