Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst (Levels 2 or 3) to support the 787 Final Assembly Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

 In this role, you will report to the Production Senior Leadership team, in managing short and long-term requirements. These include building and maintaining metrics and databases, conducting data analysis, collaborating with partners, and assisting in the creation of executive presentations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collects and assembles data from multiple sources
  • Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues
  • Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials
  • Gathers customer requirements for projects
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan
  • Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements
  • Provides status reports
  • Maintains and tracks training requirements

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.


This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in managing and facilitating meetings
  • 1+ years of experience developing and refining managerial level presentations
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
  • 1+ years of experience in a role developing, leading, and executing projects and utilizing project processes / skills
  • 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • A minimum of an Associate’s degree or years related work experience, or equivalent combination
  • Experience with supporting deliverables for both internal and external customers
  • Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
  • Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Management Level
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross functional environment

Typical Education/Experience: 
Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years related work experience, 7 years related work experience, etc.).

Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Summary pay range level 2: $62,050– 83,950

Summary pay range level 3: $73,950– 100,050
