Staff Analyst – Drive Training Excellence in the Aerospace IndustryPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Staff Analyst to support a leading aerospace organization in Renton, WA. This is an exciting full-time, onsite consulting opportunity where your analytical expertise and customer-focused mindset directly impact training success across a large production environment.
About the RoleAs a Staff Analyst, you will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and optimizing training plans that support a major aerospace production system. You will work closely with leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams to ensure training programs are effectively delivered, accurately tracked, and continuously improved. What You’ll Do• Collect, organize, and analyze training data to build and maintain comprehensive training plans
• Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, historical records, and completion reports
• Perform ad hoc data queries and business management tasks to meet organizational goals
• Monitor data integrity, conduct risk assessments, and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to training-related inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to implement training initiatives
• Support process improvement projects to enhance training effectiveness
• Interact daily with employees, leaders, and stakeholders
• Present insights and findings to leadership
• Independently manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
Required Qualifications• 3+ years in a customer-facing role gathering requirements
• 3+ years supporting senior and executive leadership
• 5+ years leading employee-focused activities or initiatives
• 3+ years managing multiple deliverables with minimal direction
• 3+ years collecting, analyzing, and presenting data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience coordinating training programs and workforce development efforts
• Strong systems-thinking capabilities
• Experience advising leaders to meet schedules and resolve operational challenges
• Skilled communicator capable of reaching diverse audiences across multiple platforms

Position Details• Location: Renton, WA (100 onsite)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (1st Shift)
• Type: Full-time, 12-month consultant role
• Pay Range starting at: $40.93 per hour
• Start Date: Target of January 16
• Travel: None required
• Work Schedule: 9x80 available
• Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs

Pay Details: $40.93 per hour
