We are currently in search of a highly motivated Lead DevSecOps Engineer with experience in Military environments in support of C6ISR systems. This position will be in support of Emirati Air Defence Ground Element – Transformational (EADGE-T)
The ideal candidate will embody innovation and problem-solving skills, possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing program requirements, and be well-versed in Agile practices. They should excel in meeting tight deadlines, be an effective communicator, and thrive in a dynamic, high-performance work environment.
In this role, the primary responsibilities will span the entire spectrum from integration to testing, to implementation and ongoing support. Your expertise in infrastructure, security, software development, and, most importantly, database management systems, will play a pivotal role in our success.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience leading a team of engineers from new graduates to experienced professionals
Experience with virtualization platforms (i.e., VMware, Horizon, vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, Hyper-V, etc.)
Experience with standard scripting languages (i.e., Perl, Bash, PowerShell, YAML, etc.)
Experience with Linux Operating Systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, Ubuntu)
Experience with Windows Operating Systems (Windows Server 2016 and higher, Windows 7 and higher)
Experience with Automation and Pipeline tools administration (Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, OpenStack)
Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management, system hardening, log management, configuration management in support of Risk Management Framework (Nessus, McAfee ePO, WSUS, Splunk, ACAS, SCAP)
Experience with Dell WYSE Management Suite (Servers and Clients)
Experience with imaging and cloning servers and workstations utilizing imaging software (Clonezilla or similar)
Experience training and mentoring Junior Engineers
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $95,900 - $183,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
