Nos attentes :

Notre département prend en charge les aspects le commerce international (GT) en lingénierie - classification des exportations, autorisations, contrôle, etc.

À quoi ressemblera votre travail quotidien :

Le candidat retenu assistera le département avec gestion des logiciels et dans les tâches administratives - exemples:

• Tester les modifications logicielles
• Administrer la formation GT pour lingénierie
• Réviser les supports de formation électroniques
• Réviser les travaux standard de lingénierie GT
• Coordination de la traduction des formations GT et des arbres de classification xClass en français

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir :

Les incontournables:

• Être éligible à travailler au Canada.
• Être inscrit dans une université canadienne pendant toute la durée de votre stage.
• Être en mesure de travailler sur place dans la province où vous êtes embauché, le cas échéant.
• Poursuivre des études dans en commerce.
• Être étudiant collégial ou universitaire - 1èr ou deuxième année;

• Être à laise en anglais. Une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, à l’écrit et à l’oral, est requise pour ce poste compte tenu des besoins opérationnels de l’Employeur et des personnes avec lesquelles le candidat sera appelé à interagir.
• La maîtrise du français est un atout.;
• Avoir des compétences informatique;
• Être organisé

Our expectations:

Our department supports Engineering on Global Trade (GT) aspects of their work – export classification, authorizations, screening, etc.

What your day to day will look like:

The successful candidate will assist the department with software management and administration tasks – examples:

• Testing software changes
• Administering GT training for Engineering
• Revising electronic training materials
• Revising Engineering GT standard work
• Co-ordinating the translation of GT training and xClass classification trees into French

What you need to be successful:

Must haves:

• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
• Be a college or university student – 1st or 2nd year

• Be fluent in English. A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for this the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the  candidate will interact.
• Fluency in French is an asset;
• Be computer literate;
• Be organized;
• Pursuing a degree in business/commerce

Work Environment

What my role type is:

The internship will be hybrid – approximately half remote and half onsite.

This job can work out of Longueuil, QC or Mississauga, ON.
