Description:Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.

Manage all aspects of Subcontract Administration activities including, for the JSF, Fort Worth and eCASS Programs. Deal with multiple Suppliers in the evaluation, source solicitation, negotiations, contract preparation and administration for the above programs. Work closely with all functional areas.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or some Technical discipline.
• The ability to cultivate and maintain strong business
relationships with suppliers, internal customers, and management.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
