Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a full-time Early Career Subcontract Administrator Associate in Grand Prairie, TX to join the PrSM Global Supply Chain team. In this role, you will perform:
• Delivery and procurement support
• Managing development and production subcontracts
• Scheduling activities with the supplier
• Helping develop subcontract specifications and requirements, such as statements of works, negotiating and enforcing terms and conditions
• Preparing bid packages
• Evaluating subcontractor proposals
• Negotiating subcontracts
• Issuing properly authorized awards/subcontracts and participating in contract negotiations
• Work closely with all functional areas in order to support multiple suppliers in the evaluation, source solicitation, negotiations, contract preparation and administration
• Conducting cost analysis support, understanding procurement activity under the guidance of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of contract negotiation and customer service experience. Must be a US Citizen.
Travel possible around 10 of the time, depending on lifecycle of current contracts.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance

• Able to multi-task, organizational skills, detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working independently and in a team environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
