Summary:
Support the digital transformation of our manufacturing environment and leverage Industry 4.0 technologies.
Administer critical applications, design secure network architectures for machine connectivity, implement file transfer systems, and coordinate network infrastructure deployments.
Work collaboratively within an agile team environment and receive direct support from a site-based technical lead.
Administer both commercial and internally developed software applications
Design and implement architecture for securely connecting machines to networks
Set up and manage networked file transfer capabilities
Create and maintain documentation for installations and migrations
Coordinate the deployment of networking infrastructure across the factory floor
Requirements:
2 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator working with Windows OS
Strong familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking principles
2 4 years in an IT support role
2 5 years of experience in software engineering
Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop)
CompTIA A+, Network+, AWS, or Microsoft certifications
Understanding of ITIL practices and experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
