We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team and help shape, maintain, and improve critical systems across our Finance and HR domains. We will entrust you toCollaborate with stakeholders in Finance, HR, and IT to define requirements and implement solutions
Work with both existing and new systems in Finance and HR domains
Partner with external vendors, stakeholders to ensure constant communication and understanding of capacity, priority and current progress of ongoing projects
Draw up specific proposals to create, modify, extend or replace systems
Plan and carry out system testing
Create and maintain documentation and implement change control processes
What you will need to succeedMinimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a systems analyst or solution architect
University degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/IT or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, problem solving and business judgmental skills
Ability to write specifications for systems and reports
Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and technical documentation (both Latvian and English)
Understanding of ERP, HRIS, and DMS solutions, prior experience in MS365, Power Platform, and Power BI, will be considered as an asset
Verbal and written proficiency in English
