ALS is looking for a Project Analyst who supports management team in executing daily program operations with a strong focus on personnel tracking, administrative coordination, compliance, and reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining organization across the program by ensuring accurate records, tracking key actions, and keeping leadership informed on status, risks, and outstanding items.
The Project Analyst serves as a central coordinator across program leadership, employees, and support teams. This includes managing onboarding, tracking training and certifications, maintaining personnel records, supporting deployments, and ensuring required documentation and processes are completed on time.
This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced operational environment. The role directly supports program execution by ensuring visibility, accountability, and consistency across all personnel and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly updates to the Managers.
- Support preparation for leadership meetings and program reviews.
- Maintain Teams/SharePoint site with current program documentation.
- Manage personnel roster and weekly task tracker.
- Manage onboarding checklists, documentation, and system access.
- Coordinate orientation and provide reporting guidance.
- Issue training materials and track completion.
- Track required certifications, training completion, and compliance requirements.
- Identify gaps in training and help organize corrective actions.
- Support coordination with Program Control by communicating updates and changes.
- Manage and track expense-related submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Support implementation of policies and ensure team awareness and compliance.
- Stay aligned with labor and in-country requirements in coordination with sponsor.
- Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies and elevate to leadership.
- Supports Program/Project Manager with various tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be proficient in various computer applications (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Must possess (or able to obtain) a valid U.S. Passport with no restrictions on travel.
- Must have an understanding of the THAAD or PATRIOT Systems.
- Must have experience working from home and demonstrating excellent time management skills and on-time task completion.
- Ability to handle sensitive personnel information with discretion.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with preparing, formatting, and reviewing reports of various formats desired.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data and government regulations is preferred.
- Additional knowledge/skills may be required by the contract or assignment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing program priorities.
