* A minimum of 5 years of corporate or full-cycle recruiting experience.
* Experience managing multiple open positions across different teams and departments.
* Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
* Strong experience conducting candidate sourcing through networking, internet research, database searches, and social media platforms.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Professional Attributes

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

* A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience recruiting within the aerospace or manufacturing industries.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors or Taleo.
* Experience with SAP HR systems.
* Experience coordinating or participating in recruiting events.
* Experience recruiting with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Job Duties & Functions
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
* Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to identify current and future hiring needs.
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
* Source passive candidates through networking, online platforms, referrals, and recruiting databases.
* Conduct spanet research and industry analysis to support recruiting strategies.
* Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.
* Collaborate with recruiting teams and external search partners when required.
* Promote employer branding and organizational values through candidate engagement and recruiting channels.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
