Apollo MedFlight is looking for a driven, relationship-focused recruiting professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts in a highly competitive spanet while serving as the welcoming first introduction to Apollo MedFlight for candidates across the country.

A day in the life:
- Strategically increase the volume and quality of candidate engagement and conversations
- Develop structured and purposeful recruiting spaneting campaigns in partnership with our Marketing Department
- Create and execute sourcing and recruiting plans to identify and hire top talent
- Source, screen, and conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates
- Track and report staffing and recruiting metrics using software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems
- Support and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Partner with leadership teams to develop both short-term and long-term hiring strategies
- Build and foster relationships with colleges, trade schools, and diverse professional organizations
- Facilitate debrief meetings with hiring managers to determine candidate selection and next steps

A college education is excellent, but drive, determination, and the desire to succeed are what truly matter.
Minimum qualifications and preferred experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous recruitment experience preferred
- HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
- Willingness to communicate by phone, email, text, and other forms of communication
- Highly organized and strategic, with strong attention to detail
- High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for people
- Excellent people skills, including collaboration, communication, and presentation
- Ability to remain current on information, research, trends, and best practices in talent acquisition
- Self-starter with the ability to recommend process improvements
- Ability to be actively involved in job fairs and community projects within our regions
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule when needed, including evenings and weekends
