Fine Print:

  • 1-3+ years’ experience in high-volume, evergreen recruitment (essential requirement)
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (essential requirement)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (essential requirement)
  • Ability to work well on a team (essential requirement)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments at once (essential requirement)

Work/life Integration:

  • Will require overtime, after-hours, and weekend work during periods of high volume.
  • Must be able to travel often (up to 50), including overnight.
  • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 20+ pounds, assemble booth and career fair displays.
  • This is an in-person position based at our Dallas HQ and is not eligible for remote/telecommuting.

Pay & Perks:

Compensation range $50,000 - $54,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
