Technical Records and Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

Receive and verify completed maintenance documentation from Line Maintenance and Part-145 organizations

Ensure all tasks are properly recorded, complete, and compliant with regulatory and company standards.

Monitor and review completed Aircraft Technical Logs, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and coordinate with relevant teams to correct any identified discrepancies.

Coordinate with Part-145 maintenance providers to correct document errors and ensure all maintenance records are current.

Update and maintain the aircraft maintenance system with approved data from maintenance providers to ensure real-time accuracy of aircraft airworthiness information.

Record and update Aircraft and Engine Logbooks following scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, preserving the accuracy of maintenance history and supporting asset value.

Compile, verify, and organize documentation required for Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) renewals in coordination with regulatory and internal stakeholders.

Secure archiving of all aircraft technical records to ensure traceability, accessibility, and compliance with retention requirements.
