Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Manages 3DExperience tactical deployment plan to include publishing release notes for application and infrastructure, confirming SDLC process is followed and support SNC Corporate 3DX Admins with deployment planning
• Plans, schedules and coordinates 3DExperience technical work sessions to implement new changes and improvements; is a voting member of approval to move 3DExperience packages through the system
• Acts and the focal point for Business Requests to review pipeline of recommendations to update/improve 3DExperience; relies on practical industry experience to develop requirements, drive user story creation and acceptance criteria with functional process stakeholders
• Acts as primary Release Manager for 3DExperience software code deployments from Dev through Production; responsible to ensure SNC Standard Practices are followed by Vendor Development Partners
• Maintain detailed inventory of PLM application features, functions and technical documentation
• Document repair/maintenance and change requests through IS department ticketing system
• Perform on call after hours support as part of the rotation
• Provides day to day and hands on management of the PLM Application and Development teams within SNC to deliver the PLM solution suite through the development and deployment delivery cycles to enable business area needs
• Develop testing methods, scenarios and criteria of 3DExperience software and workstation hardware
• SME and POC for 3DExperience Native Apps and Connectors such as MS Office, SolidWorks, etc
• Provide general 3DExperience business application support
• Experience with setting up build-machines and software development support
• Manages the SNC pipeline of bugs/defects in the application and interactions with the Dassault Service Request process
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Works with local and other individual SNC sites in support of tool implementation, user training, system administration, and data migration
• Understand, plan, and execute technical activities in accordance with SNC policies, procedures, and work instructions and specific customer requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Experience in developing applications in iOS, Microsoft, Linux, Javascript, angular.js, webRTC preferred
• 5+ years of practical experience in implementing CAD driven PLM solutions; preferably 3DExperience
• 5+ years implementing tools and processes associated with Product Data Management (PDM) and a bill of materials (BOM) centric approach to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) structure development in support of engineering and manufacturing programs/product lines; the type of data to be imported into Dassault 3DEXP (Enovia)
• Fluent in the development of a Product Structure and BOM may include but not limited to 3D mechanical CAD (Creo, SolidWorks, etc.), MS Excel mechanical and electrical Parts List data and library parts
