Technology Support Specialist I

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Technology Support Specialist for an entry level opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Work location: Onsite in Columbia, SC
Duration: 12 months
Hours: Schedule could range anywhere from 6:30AM to 8:00PM
Term: W2 position
Other: Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance.

Position summary:

Actively resolve the day-to-day technical needs of customers by managing problems and solutions.
Provide phone call support for TSC customers

Required work experience: None (see education)

Preferred work experience: 1 year of technical call center experience

Education/equivalency:

Associate degree or higher level degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job-related degree
OR, 2 years of job-related work experience
