Job Summary

The Cirrus Experience Learning and Development team is looking for an experienced training facilitator who will be an essential part of the engagement for our world-class customer engagement training. The Cirrus Experience Training Specialist will implement educational experiences with Cirrus employees and business partners to support their engagement in maintaining the Cirrus experience. The Training Specialist works in an advisory capacity to anticipate and recommend effective learning solutions. The Learning Specialist is responsible for conducting development needs assessments, and implementing impactful learning initiatives using a variety of experiences - in-person training classes, live and recorded webinars, on-demand videos and virtual classroom sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Supports the Cirrus World Class customer experience standardization and training within Cirrus and across our partner network.
  • Embodies the consistent and effective use of the Cirrus Service essentials.
  • Facilitate sand delivers development programs via classroom, webinar, or other virtual environments in an engaging manner that is inclusive of various adult learning styles.
  • Conducts measurements of learning initiatives, programs, and materials; recommends improvements and adjustments to increase learning engagement and retention.
  • Assists in the creation of instructional videos, webinars, & presentations for HR related initiatives, such as onboarding, safety procedures, career development, employer branding, etc.
  • Collaborates with Manager, Learning and Development, other Cirrus leaders, and business partners to identify requirements needed for learning content curation.
  • Assists in creation of instructional videos, webinars, & presentations for customer service-related initiatives, such as onboarding, career development, employer branding, etc.
  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Travel Requirements estimated at 50-75, including the potential need to travel internationally.
  • Company vehicle driving requirements estimated at 5; must have drivers license and acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, hospitality management, education, human resources, or related area
  • 5+ years experience in presenting, facilitating, and leading training
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven creativity with experience in education
  • Strong written and verbal communication including facilitation skills
  • Knowledgeable in traditional and modern learning techniques
  • Knowledgeable in digital learning media (infographic, training videos, etc.)
  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
