$22.53-$28.16/Hour

Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging scripted tours and presentations, including the Everett Factory Tour and Backstage Pass, to groups of up to 200 guests.
Provide outstanding visitor service in all interactions while promotingthe companys mission and aerospace innovations.
Memorize and present updated content accurately; integrate new material as needed.
Support ticketing, lobby services, and theater operations, including guest check-in, briefings, and safety protocols.
Guide guests through gallery exhibits and interactive STEM activities (e.g., drones, robotics).
Interpret exhibit content and facilitate educational experiences for individuals and groups.
Monitor visitor safety and support emergency response procedures when required.
Work cooperatively with team members to ensure program timeliness, efficient coverage, and rotation of posts.
Complete mandatory training and participate actively in team meetings and briefings.
Maintain professional communication, appearance, and behavior consistent with company brand standards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; additional education or training preferred.
1+ years of experience in a public-facing role involving customer service, teaching, performance, or training.
Demonstrated ability to speak confidently to large audiences (up to 90 minutes, multiple times per day).
Experience working in a collaborative team environment with rotating assignments and high visitor volume.
Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential.
Must be able to stand or walk for up to 6 hours per shift.
100 on-site role, Thursday–Monday, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, speak, or present for extended periods
Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), stair climbing, and use of PPE
Must follow business casual dress code and safety-compliant footwear guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
Public speaking or tour experience (6+ months)
Experience with interactive technology, ticketing systems, or AV/theater tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
