ABOUT OUR OFFER - Salary package starting from 17.800 EUR gross/year.
- Fixed Term contract.
- Flexible schedule with 40 working hours/week.

ABOUT YOU- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role would be an advantage.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
- Exceptional communication skills. Fluency in English both written and verbal is required along with strong administration skills.
- Good prioritization, time management skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
ABOUT THE JOB- Receiving and processing wedding bookings from the UK and confirming the date with the Town Hall and Hotels across the island.
- Entering bookings in the database and following up correspondence with guests.
- Preparing pro-forma invoices for the wedding extras and payments.
- Checking availability of local suppliers related to the wedding orders and services.
- Selling pre-booked items for the wedding day.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- When operationally needed, you may be required to attend the wedding to ensure all pre booked items are in place and the wedding runs smoothly.
