Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years

18 months as Technician on A320/ Boeing/ATR/Embraer aircraft OR

More than 2 years as certifying staff in General Aviation

IT skills

MS Office, excel, Power point

Behavioural Competencies

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

1. Initially you will report to Director Line Maintenance or as may be notified to you from time to time by competent authority.
2. You shall follow duty pattern as advised to you including shift duties.
3. On duty, you will be reporting to Manager Maintenance / shift in charge and follow his instructions.
4. Keep yourself updated with the day-to-day trouble shooting / certification of Aircraft components & systems.
5. Monitor aircraft movements and ensure high technical dispatch.
6. Guide technicians on maintenance activity and ensure quality & safety.
7. Guide your subordinates from time to time and ensure that their act does not tarnish company’s image.
8. You shall follow all instructions given in MOE, TPM and other Aircraft Publications & instructions issued from time to time.
9. Undergo all trainings / refreshers as desired by the company.
10. Responsible to maintain AME license current.
11. Maintain discipline and clear environment at his work place.
12. Should be in full uniform & Presentable as per company guidelines at all times while on duty.
13. Ensure implementation of Safety Policy and safety management system within indigo engineering.
14. Other duties as assigned by Manager Line Maintenance.
15. Be aware of and comply with his / her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives.
