- 10+ years experience in electrical/electronic theory and avionics systems
- 10+ years experience interpreting schematics, assembly drawings, and SOPs
- 10+ years installing, repairing, modifying, testing, and troubleshooting aircraft wiring systems
- Proven experience fabricating wire bundles
- Experience routing and installing wire bundles (commercial routing preferred)
- Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, and overtime
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain customer approval for access (Dual or prior foreign citizenship may impact eligibility)
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Avionics experience
- Depot-level or aircraft modification maintenance experience
- Ability to operate forklifts, mobile cranes, and elevated equipment
- FAA A&P certification
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Lift up to 35 lbs (assist with team lifts of 50+ lbs)
- Work on elevated platforms and in high-noise environments
- Use required PPE (eyes, face, ears, hands, arms)
- Pass visual acuity and color-perception testing
- Handle hazardous materials and maintain training certifications
- Frequent walking, standing, balancing, and overhead reaching
- Occasional climbing (3–12 ft), crawling, bending, squatting, lying down, and foot-control operation
- Frequent exposure to noise and occasional contact with metals
- Read, write, and comprehend English
