Compensation: $25-$45 per hour, based on experience
flyADVANCED is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (A&P) to join our growing maintenance teams in Pennsylvania.
KXLL – Allentown, PA
Support a high-utilization Piper P100 training fleet operating within a fast-paced flight school environment. Technicians focus on preventative maintenance, 100-hour inspections, troubleshooting, and maintaining aircraft availability for daily flight operations.
KLNS – Lancaster, PA
Support a collaborative general aviation maintenance operation with a strong Cirrus maintenance presence and customer aircraft support across multiple GA platforms. Technicians perform a wide variety of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance while working alongside an experienced maintenance team.
Responsibilities Include:
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data
• Conduct annual and 100-hour inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, electrical, avionics, and aircraft systems
• Remove, install, rig, and operationally check aircraft components and systems
• Complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and work orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Collaborate with fellow technicians to support aircraft availability and return-to-service
