Job Type: Full-time
Experience: General Aviation avionics install and maintenance or related field
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics systems on various aircraft models.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues efficiently to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Install, upgrade, and configure avionics components and systems according to manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately and maintain comprehensive records of avionics work performed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes to maintain proficiency in avionics technology.

Job Requirements:
- Experience as an Avionics Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing avionics systems, including communication, and navigation systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, aircraft wiring, and schematic diagrams.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and industry standards governing avionics maintenance and installations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work meticulously in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license preferred but not required.
