  • Shift Pattern: 2 Shifts (Monday – Friday/  Saturday – Overtimes )
  • Hours per Week: 40 plus 10 hours overtime
  • Shift Times: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00
  • Tooling Required: No
  • Up to 250 travel expenses reimbursed at the start and end of the contract
  • No accommodation provided
About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting 5 Avionic Technicians (including 1 Italian-speaking technician) to support retrofit line activities on aircraft at Caselle in Turin, Italy.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-quality aerospace environment within a structured production setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform avionics and electrical installation work on retrofit lines
  • Electrical loom installation
  • Installing connectors
  • Crimping
  • Pin-to-pin testing
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
  • Carry out fault diagnosis and rectification
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards
  • Maintain safe and clean working practices
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
  • Minimum 6 years of avionics/electrical maintenance experience in an aerospace environment
  • Experience working on any aircraft type
  • English or Italian language skills
  • Right to work in the EU
  • Strong knowledge of electrical loom installation, connectors, crimping, and pin-to-pin testing
Desirable:
  • Experience in retrofit or modification programmes
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work to high aerospace standards
Assessment
Candidates may be asked to complete the Electrical Fitter questionnaire to assess knowledge of electrical loom installation, connector installation, crimping techniques, and pin-to-pin testing.
