Job Title: Avionics Bench Technician
Job Description
Join a mission-driven company dedicated to protecting the American Warfighter by working on the latest technology installations on military aircraft. As an Avionics Bench Technician, you will focus on the fabrication of coaxial cables, ethernet cables, specialty wire harnesses, and various racks/boxes. Your work will involve bench work in a climate-controlled avionics backshop environment.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate coaxial cables, ethernet cables, and specialty wire harnesses.
- Assemble various racks and boxes.
- Terminate various connectors and spot tie harnesses.
- Potential to work on different airframes such as U-28, C-147, C-146, C-145, and A-29 if transferred to the hangar floor.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of avionics experience.
- Experience in wire harness assembly and terminating connectors.
- Ability to interpret wiring schematics and diagrams.
- Must own and maintain tools with shadowed toolbox.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work in a bench-focused, climate-controlled avionics backshop near Centennial, CO Airport. The position offers flexibility with shifts of 4 or 5 days a week, starting from 6 am to 4:30 pm, and occasional overtime based on program needs. The contract is long-term and open-ended, with opportunities to go permanent based on performance.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
