* High School Diploma or GED.
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in avionics with GARMIN 1000, G600, Collins Proline 21, and Fusion systems installation in corporate and business jets and general aviation aircraft, specifically Cessna Citation and Beechcraft King Air.
* Garmin and Collins installation supervisory experience.
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience guiding technical crews.
* Strong understanding of avionics schematics, wiring diagrams, and OEM technical data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to use specialized test equipment and maintain accurate paperwork.
* U.S. Citizen.
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Preferred
* Prior experience leading crews or acting as a technical lead. Job Duties & Functions
* Manage a team of technicians overseeing the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced aircraft electronics, including navigation, communication, and autopilot systems, on corporate and business jets and general aviation aircraft.
* Assist Engineering in resolving problems and performing repairs per engineering direction.
* Ensure all work meets applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
* Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools as assigned by the supervisor.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for avionics tasks on assigned aircraft.
* Lead and oversee avionics maintenance and installation work.
* Coordinate and mentor avionics technicians.
* Ensure that all work meets FAA, OEM, and company quality requirements.
* Interface with other departments and customers on technical matters.
* Review, approve, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation, logbooks, test reports, and compliance records.
* Coordinate daily work assignments, establish priorities, and monitor progress to meet timelines and deliverables.
* Communicate status, delays, and technical challenges with supervisors, planners, and other departments.
* Support shift transitions and ensure continuity of work between teams.
* Work with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical data discrepancies.
* Enforce safety protocols, adherence to FAA regulations, and internal quality standards.
* Lead and coordinate the avionics team on assigned aircraft work scopes. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
