Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
• 2 shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00
Tooling: Provided
Travel: Up to 250 reimbursed at start and end of contract
Accommodation: Not provided

On behalf of our client, we are looking for experienced Avionics Technicians to support ongoing maintenance operations in Northern Italy. This is a long-term opportunity within a high-profile environment, offering stability and the chance to work within a technically demanding programme.

• Carry out avionics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks
• Perform inspections, testing, and installation of electrical and electronic systems
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed in line with quality and safety standards
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines

Essential:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience holding NATO SC clearance
• Proven background in avionics maintenance/MRO activities
• Willingness and ability to work shifts and overtime as required
• Proficient in English or Italian

Desirable:

• Experience within regulated or high-standard environments
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
