Perform installations and assist with mechanical and electrical removals while ensuring all work is documented accurately and completed safely. Operate ground support equipment and collaborate with other maintenance disciplines to support aircraft readiness. Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards in a hangar and flight line environment.

* Avionics/Electrical Aircraft Technical School diploma or equivalent experience.
* Typically have a minimum of 2 years of avionics work experience or equivalent.
* Experience on corporate jet aircraft or commercial aircraft.
* Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings.
* Ability to effectively communicate aircraft status in both written and verbal form.
* Ownership of a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control.
* Ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment qualifications as required.
* Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, if applicable. Preferred Skills
* A Certification if required by the customer (Commercial Aircraft).
* GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License) or AET (Aircraft Electronics Technician) Certificate preferred.
