As an Avionics Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and installing critical systems that support aircraft navigation, communications, weather radar, and flight controls. You’ll ensure peak performance and safety by conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing component replacements—all in strict alignment with FAA regulations, SOPs, and technical data.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing- Install, maintain, and repair aircraft navigation and radio communication systems
- Conduct inspections and make precise adjustments and repairs
- Replace components and correct malfunctions—whether the aircraft is powered or not
- Perform wire harness fabrication and heavy modifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as an aircraft electrician
- Ensure all work meets FAA regulations, SOPs, and technical documentation
🛠️ What You Bring- 5+ years of hands-on aircraft experience, with strong troubleshooting and installation skills
- Proven experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) facilities
- Expertise in wire harness building
- Personal tools must be etched and shadowed
- Must be eligible for security clearance
🎖️ Bonus Points- Military (Marine Corps, Air Force, Army) highly valued
- Experience with government contractors like L-3, Northrop, BAE, or LHM in extensive MOD work

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr.
