As an Avionics Technician, you’ll repair, maintain, and install critical systems that keep aircraft mission-ready—from navigation and communications to weather radar and flight control computers. Key Responsibilities- Repair, maintain, and install aircraft navigation and communication systems.
- Perform inspections, adjustments, and component replacements to correct malfunctions.
- Conduct maintenance in compliance with technical data, SOPs, and FAA regulations.
- Fabricate wire harnesses and perform heavy modifications.
- Troubleshoot and install avionics systems with precision.
Essential Skills- 5+ years of experience in aircraft installation and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in wire harness fabrication.
- Ability to work in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities.
- Tools must be etched and shadowed.
- Eligibility for security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications- Military background (Marine Corps, Air Force, Army).
- Experience with government contractors doing extensive MOD work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37.00 - $48.00/hr.
