We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform installations, modifications, testing, and troubleshooting of avionics systems on CH-47 helicopters. You will ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety in compliance with FAA, OEM, and customer requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and integrate avionics systems, including navigation, communication, and mission-specific equipment, on CH-47 helicopters.
• Perform system modifications, updates, and upgrades per technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications.
• Conduct functional and operational testing of installed systems to ensure proper performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot avionics issues using schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures during installations and modifications.

• 3+ years of experience in avionics installations and modifications, preferably on CH-47 or similar military helicopters.
• Helicopter experience is a plus, but it is not required.
• Strong understanding of avionics systems, including wiring, schematics, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with avionics test equipment and tools.
