About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to join our growing team. You’ll perform maintenance and troubleshooting on corporate and private aircraft at our OnSite Aircraft Maintenance location and during AOG (Aircraft on Ground) rotations. This role involves hands-on work in the hangar and occasional travel to support AOG calls within a 300-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities- Perform avionics maintenance and troubleshooting on corporate/private aircraft in hangar and AOG settings.
- Participate in weekly on-call/AOG rotations and respond to AOG calls as needed.
- Manage assigned projects, provide timely updates, and ensure efficient return-to-service.
- Conduct preflight and post-flight checks on charter fleet (PC-12s, turboprops, light/medium jets).
- Collaborate with third-party MROs and internal teams to meet quality and timeline goals.
- Complete maintenance documentation per Repair Station/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QCM).
- Support Crew Chief and Customer Project Supervisor with shift turnover and project objectives.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles.
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years of avionics troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication skills with corporate flight departments and customers
- Experience with corporate/private airframes and piston aircraft preferred
- Familiarity with 91.411 and 91.413 inspections
- Must have own tools
- AOG experience preferred but not required
Bonus: Experience with Stephens, West Star MRT, Gulfstream Fast, Jet East, NetJets, or Flexjet is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $50.00/hr.
