Job DescriptionThis is a direct hire position where youll play a crucial role in ensuring our aircrafts avionics systems are operating at peak performance. Responsibilities- Install, inspect, test, adjust, and repair avionics equipment such as radar, radio, navigation, and missile control systems in aircraft.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with avionics systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on avionics systems.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and standards.
Essential Skills- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Avionics Technician.
- Prior Eurocopter or Sikorsky experience!
- Strong knowledge of avionics systems and components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- FAA certification preferred.
- Experience with various aircraft types and models.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments.
- Personal set of tools required.
