Minimum Qualifications:
Education level: High school diploma required.
Experience: Five (5) years’ experience performing aviation avionics maintenance required. Qualified by the appropriate USG armed forces aircraft avionics maintenance course or civilian equivalent, required. Ten (10) years’ experience performing aviation avionics maintenance desired. US Military or civilian technical trainer experience required. Experience in overseas contracting environments desired.
Specific knowledge, skill, and ability requirements: USG armed forces aircraft avionics maintenance course or civilian equivalent required. Proficient in the use of technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation. Demonstrated past experience in unit level electrical / avionics repairs. Ability to communicate both orally and written. Ability to effectively deal with people in the supervision of staff and team members. Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner. Possesses a valid State driver’s license. Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire.
