Team Global is Searching for a C-17 Avionics Technician with an Active Secret Clearance on Assignment at McGuire AFB, NJ!

Training: Approximately 4 weeks of training in San Antonio, TX (Company will pay for Travel/Lodging)

Shifts: 1st Shift (7:00-3:30pm)

Travel While on Assignment: Domestic travel 50% or more (once a month for 1-2 weeks) Anywhere a C-17 is on an air force base-Corporate credit cards are issued to contractors for travel expenses only. 

Job Details: 

• Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
• Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul. 
• Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
• Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
• Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
• Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results). Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.
• Oversees training.
• Works under general direction.

• Minimum 3 Years Aircraft Avionics Experience with 1 Year minimum of C-17 Aircraft Experience.
• Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Domestic travel 50% or more (once a month for 1-2 weeks) Anywhere a C-17 is on an air force base-Possible international travel. Corporate credit cards are issued to contractors for travel expenses only. 
• Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and complete all required training and qualification requirements in a timely manner to meet contractual, regulatory, and operational expectations
