CNC Machining Supervisor – Aerospace | Day Shift | Direct Hire

Mon–Thurs | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We’re hiring a CNC Machining Supervisor to lead from the shop floor in a precision aerospace environment. If you came up through machining and can lead people while solving real production problems—this is your role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead 20–30 machinists on day shift
• Stay on the floor driving production, quality, and flow
• Support and develop leads / co-leads
• Troubleshoot machining + production issues in real time
• Drive KPIs: safety, quality, throughput, schedule
• Use data + metrics to improve performance

Environment

• 5-Axis CNC
• 9-Axis Integrex (Mill-Turn)
• Horizontal Mills + Manual
• Waterjet / Saw / Deburr

Must Have

• CNC Supervisor or Lead experience
• Strong hands-on machining background
• Blueprint reading + GD&T
• Ability to lead from the floor and earn respect
