JMC Aviation is recruiting Electrical/Avionic Fitters to support ongoing maintenance and production of AW139, AW169, and AW189 helicopters in Venice, Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality rotary-wing aircraft in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

• Perform electrical and avionic installations, modifications, and testing on rotary aircraft (AW139, AW169, AW189, NH90).

• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.

• Install harnesses, route wiring, and integrate avionic systems to OEM specifications.

• Conduct functional tests to ensure compliance with aircraft safety and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow EASA Part-145/21 procedures.

• Ensure strict adherence to safe working practices and FOD prevention.

Essential:

• Minimum 2+ years’ hands-on experience specifically on the AW169 or NH90 helicopters.

• Minimum 3+ years total aircraft maintenance/production experience.

• Right to work in the EU.

• English or Italian language skills.

Desirable:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high aerospace standards.

• Previous experience in production or final assembly line environments.
