We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician & Controls Technician to join our team in supporting the installation and maintenance of advanced electrical systems. This role involves working with pad instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and a variety of electrical components within a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Install and terminate wiring to pad instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Install connectors, connector pins, terminals, and lugs.
• Perform continuity checks and correct wiring errors using measuring instruments such as ohmmeters and voltage calibrators.
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot failures and issues derived from test data.
• Write, create, and organize work planning documents and instructions.
• Generate purchase orders from vendor quotes.
• Lead complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Install and modify electrical conveyances, including conduit and cable tray.
• Build intricate cable assemblies using Mil-C connectors and contacts.
• Troubleshoot AC power distribution equipment up to 480VAC.
• Fabricate support structures, enclosures, and conveyances for electrical distribution equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of professional experience with instrumentation such as transducers, accelerometers, or thermocouples.
• Familiarity with analog and digital electrical systems.
• Ability to perform PLC maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.

• Associate degree in Aerospace Technology or other technical field (nice to have).
• 2+ years of professional hands-on experience with launch site instrumentation.
• Experience with ISO 9000, IPC-620, and ICP-610 standards.
• Proficient with power and hand tools.
• Experience with NI, Step 7, and Studio 5000.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
