Electronics Test TechnicianJoin a growing team where your hands‑on electronics skills make a real impact. We are hiring Electronics Test Technicians across all shifts, with paid training on 1st shift for the first 1–3 months. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, testing, and repairing electronic units down to the component level in a clean, quality‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do- Calibrate electronic instrumentation and test equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair customer units down to individual components.
- Work with both analog and digital circuitry during diagnostics and repair.
- Perform soldering and rework on SMT and through‑hole components.
- Follow established repair procedures and documentation standards.
- Use scopes, multimeters, frequency counters, and other test equipment to verify performance.
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics during testing and repair.
What You Need- Two years of technical school or equivalent hands‑on electronics training.
- Five years of experience testing, maintaining, or repairing electronic equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues down to the component level.
- Experience with SMT and through‑hole soldering techniques.
- Familiarity with video, Ethernet, or digital communication circuitry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Skilled in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, frequency counters, and related test equipment.
Preferred Experience- Previous work with companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, BAE, or similar high‑reliability electronics environments.
- Candidates with strong electrical backgrounds from other industries are encouraged to apply.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
-Current benefit package includes a comprehensive Medical (Independent Administrators), Dental (MetLife), & Vision (VBA) program with no grace period
