We are seeking an experienced Production Hangar Avionics F-16 Technician for a fast-paced production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, routing, terminating, and soldering aircraft electrical harnesses and components, as well as performing operational checks. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing electrical and avionics systems based on assigned area, working from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions. Experience in a production environment with aircraft electrical systems is required.

• Current experience in aircraft routing, harness installation, harness build-up, termination/crimping, and soldering.
• Experience performing continuity testing, operational checks, and troubleshooting aircraft electrical/avionics systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
• Proficient with OHM meters, crimping tools, soldering tools, and general routing tools.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to perform additional duties as assigned, including general mechanic installs, testing, and inspections on the F-16 production line.
• Must pass a standard DOT drug test and criminal background check.
• Proof of US Citizenship required.
• Ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of relevant experience.

TRAINING & SHIFT AVAILABILITY

Must be available to work Monday-Thursday on one of the following shifts after training:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Shift is assigned once training is completed.
