Responsibilities:
Perform final component installation, functional testing, and system validation on aircraft during final assembly and delivery phases.
Assist in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and avionics systems to isolate and repair faults.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, including rework, modifications, and maintenance tasks.
Identify and resolve issues during ground operation and functional testing of deliverable aircraft.
Verify accuracy of work performed; perform self-inspection where applicable.
Support system and sub-system pre-delivery inspections and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate daily tasks with team leads; independently manage workflow within assignment scope.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience or equivalent (vocational training or associate degree acceptable).
Minimum 6 months of avionics and/or electrical experience.
At least 6 months of hands-on work with live aircraft systems and flight operations.
Awareness of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention and control.
Must be able to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
100 onsite position at assigned facility location.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of related aerospace, manufacturing, or field line operations experience.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
Experience on Boeing 787 Program and Boeing Production System.
Familiarity with flight line/field operations and aircraft functional testing.
